as a career woman , i can say that i am a pro-active person.i am open for other people's feedback about me.and as an observant: i'll always make sure that i am gaining, whenever i am calling, to listen to their other side of comments/ about me.

back on my early twenty's, iam a very straight forward person. i've always say what's on my mind,i've always been careless, with my comments. i've always hurt other's people with my words.during that time all i know it was my right , and there is nothing wrong: even if i've make other people feel bad about their selve's because of my frankness.

but our creator is good.HE made me realize it's wrong for us to be tactless.we have to treat other's as what we want to be treated. it's better to speak the truth with love.there is alway's different. if we take time to be quite sometimes. to think first before we talk, to listen before we speak.

because if we are careless,pain was the consequence.life for me is a choice.i am who i am because i grew up in the environment: whom with people ,i can say inconsiderate toward's other's feelings. which really i cannot change, but to accept, for i am so young and immature then.

but i believed we always have the power to change our live's. through our faith, by our desire, our integrity and by following our wisdom and stay focus true our values.there is nothing more powerful by our life experience. it is what makes us the person who we are.
